Gideon Lili
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Gideon is a licenced Quantity Surveyor registered under the BORAQS (Board of Registration of Architects & Quantity Surveyors). He has been involved in the design and construction of several high-value civil engineering & building projects in Kenya, as a Quantity Surveyor and Contract Management consultant.
He began his professional career in 2012 and worked for five years in a leading Quantity Surveying consultancy firm in Kenya as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor for several high-level projects among them the JKIA Terminal 4 Expansion and the KCB Pension Towers.
Thereafter he worked for another 2 years as a QS (Cost Control and Management) for a construction company executing the Lake Turkana Wind Power Project and its associated Transmission Line. He has also worked as site based Project Quantity Surveyor and Assistant Contracts and Claims Administrator for the several civil engineering projects. Overall, Gideon Lili has distinguished himself for his comprehensive understanding of quantity surveying, contract administration and management.
Gideon Lili has equally distinguished himself for his work ethic and comprehensive understanding of contract administration and management; skills he continues to apply to great success in support of proactive project deliveries.
