Jeff Muriithi

Managing Director

Jeff is a Licensed Quantity Surveyor with the board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors (BORAQS). He holds a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying degree (University of Nairobi) and is a PMP
practitioner.

He has over twelve years of experience in the construction industry. He is vastly experienced in Quantity Surveying, Project Finance, Mortgage
deal structuring, and Project Management. He has previously worked for Armstrong and Duncan as a Senior Quantity Surveyor where he handled major projects within the East Africa Region including KCB Towers in Nairobi and ASL Catering facility at Kigali International Airport.

Jeff has a wealth of experience in project finance and mortgage deal structuring having worked as Credit Manager – Projects at HF Group, here he was in charge of project appraisals for all new projects as well as monitoring of ongoing projects. He has also worked for Co-op bank in
the position of Project Manager – Mortgage Finance where he was responsible for evaluation, recommendation and project management of construction projects financed by the bank.
