Construction Project Manager

Onesmus is a construction project manager. He holds a Bachelors of construction management degree (Jomo Kenyatta university) and is a Project management
practitioner.

With twelve years’ experience in the construction industry; He is experienced in construction project implementation, Boq preparation, Construction contract management, and general Project Management.

He previously worked for Seyani Brothers as a building economist where he handled major projects like Thika Road Mall, The Oval Westlands, various fit-out works for within the Oval i.e Anjarwalla and Khana and Seyani Brothers offices.

Onesmus holds numerous experience in residential, office fit-out works and other commercial construction projects. He worked on the construction of Thika road mall, Galleria Mall, the Oval Westlands, Village market upgrading, Fit-out works for various high-end clients in Nairobi and its environs.
