Serah Kung'u

Quantity Surveyor

Serah is a registered Quantity Surveyor with the board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors (BORAQS). She holds a Bachelors of Quantity Surveying degree (Technical University of Kenya).

She has over eight years of experience in the construction industry. She is vastly experienced in Quantity Surveying and Project Management. She previously worked for Point Consultants as a Quantity Surveyor where she handled major projects such as British American Tobacco among many other constructions works around Nairobi.

Additionally, she also worked in Continental Homes Limited as a senior Quantity Surveyor. Here she amassed experience in projects like Sarova White Sands Conference Halls, Residential Developments in Vipingo Ridge, Conference Hall at the Tropical Sandies in Malindi and other iconic residential Houses around Malindi town.

Currently, she is also working on several residential projects in TATU City and Migaa gated community developments, Kiambu, Thika and Nairobi Counties.
